the Bio-Cube® Difference

Unlike many forage cubes Bio-Cube® Select cubes are processed immediately after harvest to retain the maximum flavour, colour and nutritional value. This also minimizes any opportunities for mould growth and mechanical damage to the crop from baling and storage.

BioCube TrucksOur unique low temperature drying and cubing process eliminates the nutrient, taste and colour loss common in conventional high temperature dehydrators which can easily char the crops.

All of this is supported through our ‘Seed to Stable’ quality control program which begins in the field as our field agents inspect and monitor crops for acceptability (crop quality and weed free). Quality Control is maintained throughout the Bio-Cube® Select production life cycle as field managers supervise the harvest and collection of crops to ensure proper procedures are used and transported to the Bruce Agra Dehy facility in a timely manner.

Once at our dehydration facility the fresh crops are tested for moisture and nutritional content before entering the process stream where sensors monitor the entire drying and cubing process and prevent contamination from foreign objects.
